1. What inspired you to get into this industry?
Women of color tend to get categorized into one particular group of modeling. To me modeling is so much more than being in men’s magazines, hosting parties and doing music videos. Any pretty girl can do that. Instead I wish I could see more women of color in beauty ads, TV commercials and fashion magazines. I think it’s unfair that a curvy woman doesn't get the same exposure. I’ve been told I was too big and looked too voluptuous to be a model. I want to embrace women who have curves.
2. How long have you been modeling?
I've been modeling since I was 15.
3. Who is your favorite model?
It’s a tie between Tyra Banks and Naomi Campbell.
4. Tell us something random about yourself.
I am obsessed with Candy apples.
5. What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of graduating from college.
6. Upcoming projects?
I am hoping to do some fitness modeling, maybe even bikini. I will be doing the Paradise Bikini Cancun workshop in May.
